Everything you need to know about starting your journey with Paige Fox, DNM
The Initial Appointment
During the initial assessment, Paige Fox, DNM will spend approximately two hours, with you or your child, taking a detailed history of your health, considering previous lab testing and current medications.
This may include:
In-depth evaluation and detailed medical history, assessing any lifestyle factors, environmental hazards and genetic components that can increase the risk of chronic disease. All aspects of health will be considered including physical symptoms, mental/emotional symptoms, diet and lifestyle.
Regarding a child, Paige Fox, DNM will discuss any stress the child may be experiencing, dietary choices, exercise habits, sleep schedules and how they are performing in school.
Once this evaluation is complete, Paige Fox, DNM will design a customized health program based on the patient’s needs that includes homeopathic remedies, supplements and dietary changes that are safe and effective.
Virtual Visits
Paige Fox, DNM also offers virtual visits to clients who want extra flexibility.
Follow Up Appointment
Follow up appointments are usually every 4-6 weeks and are 45 minutes long. These sessions allow us to track progress and adjust your protocol as healing occurs.
Payment
We do not work with any insurance, and expect payment at the time of the service (cash, check, Visa or Mastercard are accepted). We work this way to preserve both therapeutic freedom and the time needed to approach your health in a truly holistic way. When you schedule for an appointment you will be asked to provide credit card information. The credit card will typically not be charged until the visit has been completed. You will automatically be emailed a receipt when the payment is processed.
Office visits and medications can be paid for through a Health Savings Account, or may be reimbursable if you have out-of-network coverage as part of your insurance plan. We provide receipts, when specifically requested, with the appropriate medical service and diagnostic codes you may need to file with your insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Please be courteous and provide 24 hours notice for all canceled appointments. This helps ensure that we can meet the needs of all of our patients who are waiting to get an appointment. There will be a $150 cancellation fee for missed appointments or cancellations that are within less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
